Returns:
We are unable to provide returns due to the low price offered to our customers plus the nature of our products. It's unsanitary for us to accept any returns. On top of this, our mission is to donate a liquid lip or lash for every product sold, and we do not want to take away from women in need. If an item is damaged, however, we will gladly replace any damaged items after an insurance claim has been filed.
Duties and Taxes (International Shipping):
All products are shipping from the United States of America. All international orders are subject to duty and customs fees as defined by the country of import. Depending on your country, we may be required to put full value on customs forms instead of sale price, if applicable. Customs and duties fees are not included in your Sheree Cosmetics LLC order and/or shipping total. Sheree Cosmetics LLC is not responsible for fees associated with import. All fees must be paid by the parcel recipient. If your package is returned due to refusal to accept the package, you will be refunded for your order within 7 days of Sheree Cosmetics LLC receiving the returned package minus a 10% restocking fee and shipping costs. We are required by law to disclose full retail value of products on the label.
Sale items (if applicable):
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable):
We replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contact@shereecosmeticsllc.com for directions. Replacement will be sent after insurance claim is filed.
Gifts:
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Coupon/Promo Codes:
We are not responsible if a customer fails to enter a Coupon/Promo code at check-out. Coupon/Promo codes may not be used on previous or future purchases.
Incorrect addresses:
If you provide an incorrect address at check-out, we are not responsible for any shipment issues. Our labels pull directly from the customer's input during check-out. A new product will be shipped, however, after a new shipping label has been paid for by the customer.
Stolen or Lost Items:
We are not responsible for stolen or lost items.
Damaged Items:
Sometimes, damage happens during the shipment of products from us to you. It's out of our control as to how shipping service carriers handle our packages outside of our absence. If this happens, please send us an e-mail at contact@shereecosmeticsllc.com with clear photos of the damage. As soon as an insurance claim is filed, we will send a replacement item to you.
Delivery Times:
Sheree Cosmetics, LLC is not responsible for packages once they leave our hands and are handed to the post office. The post office is responsible for the package from then on out. We cannot offer refunds for packages that do not reach the recipient outside of estimated USPS times. If packages are late or delayed due to circumstances outside of our hands, we will not offer refunds. Please contact USPS or your local government entity for refunds.
