Shipping & Returns
When will my order ship?
We normally process and ship orders within 48 hours after your payment is verified. This does not include weekends or holidays. However, if we have are running a crazy launch or promotion, orders can take up to 5 days to be processed. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email with a tracking number.
Shipping times within the US are normally 2-5 business days, depending on the shipping type you select. International orders normally take between 5-12 business days. If you need your order for a specific date please choose rush shipping at checkout.
Our shipments are sent by USPS First Class and arrive in our custom Sheree Cosmetics packaging. Your items come beautifully wrapped in tissue paper and presented in our classic box.

How much does shipping cost?
Domestic US order over $25 USD are eligible for FREE SHIPPING!
All international orders are subject to customs and duty fees as defined by the country of import. Customs and duty fees are not included in your Sheree Cosmetics order and/or shipping total. Sheree Cosmetics is not responsible for fees associated with import. All fees must be paid by the parcel recipient.
What countries do you ship to?
We ship to (almost) all countries worldwide! Unfortunately, we do not currently ship to the following countries: China, Democratic Republic of Congo, North Korea, Cuba, Iran, the Crimean region of the Ukraine, Sudan, Cote D’Ivoire, Turkey and Syria.
What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to provide returns or exchanges. All sales are final. Sheree Cosmetics reserves the right to refuse any returns at any time. We cannot cancel orders placed online - as they go into immediate fulfillment.
What is your cancellation policy?
We are unable to cancel orders after they are placed as they go into immediate fulfillment. We do try to work with our customers as much as possible. For questions, please contact customer service at email@example.com.
If a customer submits a chargeback claim under false pretenses (I.e; telling the credit card company they “cancelled a subscription” when we are not a subscription service) or any other false claims, we reserve the right to charge the customer $15 chargeback fee.
Are your lipsticks waterproof?
- Yes, our liquid lipsticks are transfer-resistant, water-proof, smudge-proof, kiss-proof, all natural, and cruelty free.
How do I remove your lipstick?
- We recommend using an oil-based make-up remover of your choice or any kind of oil to remove. You can also use olive oil, coconut oil, etc.
What makes your liquid lipsticks different?
- Our formula is different than any you will find on the market. It took almost 10 months to create the one-of-a-kind formula. It is so featherlight you do not feel it on your lips, it is extremely pigmented, and does not dry out your lips.
If the liquid lipstick is waterproof, does that mean it will dry out my lips?
- Not if you take proper care of your lips. Other waterproof formula contain alcohol, which dry out the lips, ours do not. We recommend using a lip-scrub of your choice to keep your lips in great condition.
What is the average wear-time of your liquid lipsticks?
- Usually about 8 hours. We've had some who have said theirs lasted 12. It really depends on your lifestyle.
Why are your liquid lipsticks cheaper than the other ones I own? Does that mean they are not good quality?
- Absolutely not. We own the formula, which is why we are able to bring it at such a great price. Other retailers choose to put similar formulas to ours on the market for $32.00, however, we don't feel the need to.
